• 10.15–11.00 NIA Dance with Deborah Lovejoy
• 11.15–12.00 Energy Viewing with David Charman — Free session (no booking required)
• 12.15–1.15 Chakra Yoga & Sound Bath with Jayne Mahony
• 1.30–2.15 Making Life Magical with Paula, Queen of Hearts
• 2.30–3.15 Breathwork with Eddie Brittain
Spaces are limited, so booking early is a great idea.
🍽️ Food and drink will be available all day at the lovely White
Swan Inn — and if you fancy turning it into a little getaway, you can even stay the night and make a weekend of it.
