I’d love to see your beautiful faces at The Hairy Dog on Saturday 12th September- not only is it local, it’s also an ace music venue, so we want an ace crowd to go with it! 5 whole years since I taught my very first yoga class! Someone asked me this week “has it taken you where you wanted it to?”. When I qualified, I didn’t really know where this journey would take me, I just knew I wanted to teach and to pass on the same peace and calm that yoga had given to me.

So it’s been really lovely to reflect on the last 5 years- where I’ve been and the connections I’ve made, and honestly, this journey so far has given me more than I could have ever expected.

So THANK YOU if you have been a part of that, forever grateful that you choose to come and spend your mornings, evenings and weekends in my classes 💛 ✨
