✨ FRIENDLY CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER ✨
I completely understand that life happens - children get poorly, work changes, emergencies come up and sometimes we simply forget appointments 🤍
As a busy working mum myself, I truly do understand how hectic life can be and I always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible 🙏🏼 However, please also be mindful that late cancellations and no-shows do have a huge impact on small businesses, as this is my main source of income and appointment times are reserved especially for you 🩷
Unfortunately, there has been a much higher number of cancellations and last-minute changes lately, so I just wanted to gently reiterate my appointment policy:
• 48+ hours’ notice – No charge
• 24–48 hours’ notice – 50% charge
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows – 100% charge
✨ Your first missed appointment is on me 🤍
However, any future missed appointments or no-shows will be charged as outlined above.
Currently, deposits are only required for the first appointment. I’d really love to avoid having to introduce ongoing deposits for existing clients, so I truly appreciate good communication and as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange 🩷
