Hi, I am Hannah Goff I have a level 5 diploma in Practitioner Reflexology specialising in the Duopody method. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexology. I am looking to help people with their wellbeing. I am dedicated to Womens health and helping to improve mental and physical wellbeing. I have brilliant techniques at my fingertips to help with existing health conditions, sleep issues,

reduce Stress and Anxiety and Ultimately relax the client. Enabling people to have a safe space to relax and have some calm time is so important, relaxation is so key to improving our physical and mental health.
