Over these past few years of being a Usui Reiki Practitioner I've integrated Reiki into my life every day, saying the Reiki principles
Just for Today I will let go of Anger
Just for Today I will let go of Worry
Just for Today I will be Grateful
Just for Today I will be kind to my neighbours and every living thing
It's not always easy as things happen in life that have made me worry but then I remember I have Reiki and can give myself a session to help bring me back into balance and peace
I Reiki my food and drink
I I use the symbols in certain situations if I'm travelling or going to be in a certain environment to help keep myself and others safe
Reiki helps calm the mind, helps with our wellbeing brings clarity and direction
It's made me so much stronger and got me through things I don't know how I would have if it wasn't for Reiki

Good people often tolerate more than they should because they understand more than most.

They empathize.
They forgive.
They give chances.
They keep hoping.
But empathy has a limit.

When they've finally had enough, they stop arguing and simply see you for who you are.
That's when their anger becomes silence, their warmth becomes distance, and their presence disappears.

Don't mistake someone's kindness for weakness.
When a good person stops caring, you may finally understand what their kindness was worth.

Reiki has certainly helped me these last few years, to release what was no longer serving me
I suffered from depression for many years too after experiencing major losses in my life while also being in a narcissistic relationship at the time
I've spent the last 3 years working on myself healing my inner child and embracing my darkness
Finally finding the strength through Reiki to release people and situations that were draining me , making me miserable
It's helped me to step into my power
Set Boundaries and not lower myself to meet others
It's helped with my anxiety and stress too
Made me calmer
I still have days where I get emotional I'm human but I have the tools now to help me through it
Most people say that they feel so relaxed after a session which is the wonderful thing about Reiki
Each session is usually different as your needs may change, Most people experience warmth from my hands and a pleasant Tingling sensation
And as we're working with Energy it can be sent Remotely wherever you are in the world , and it's just as effective as if you were having an in person treatment
