What does a treatment with me look like?

It starts with a conversation.

Before we begin, I’ll take time to listen — not just to how you’re feeling physically, but emotionally too. We’ll talk about what you need, any areas you’d like me to focus on, your preferences and, most importantly, how you’d like to feel when you leave.

Every treatment is tailored to you.

I’ll make sure you’re comfortable, settled and feel safe. I’ll check in about pressure throughout, and encourage you to let me know if you’d like more time spent in a particular area.

Depending on your treatment, we may explore breathwork, grounding, chakras or simply become more aware of how your body feels.

And there’s no expectation to talk.

You can completely switch off and lean into the silence, or use the space to offload and feel heard. There is space for both here. 🌿

Afterwards, I’ll give you time to come back to yourself, usually with some fresh fruit and juice, and we’ll chat about simple ways to continue nurturing yourself — through breathwork, hydration, pressure points or gentle movement.

Because Nurture Body Therapy is about more than massage.

It’s a space to pause, reconnect and feel nurtured.

If you’d like to explore or discuss any treatments, please feel free to reach out.

A little midweek reset 🌿

I have one space available for massage or reflexology this Wednesday afternoon 🤍

If your body has been asking for a little more care lately, why not take an hour for yourself? A chance to slow down, switch off and leave feeling relaxed and restored.

If you’d like to book, send me a message and I’ll find a time that works for you.

Your midweek reset is waiting. 🌿

Reflexology 🌿✨

A gentle, relaxing treatment focusing on pressure points across the feet, which correspond with different areas of the body.

Reflexology is often used to support relaxation, reduce tension and stress, promote a sense of wellbeing and encourage the body to slow down and restore.

Sometimes, a little time spent caring for your feet can help you feel more grounded from head to toe. 🤍

A little sneak peek… 🌿

Something new is quietly taking shape behind the scenes at Nurture Body Therapy.

🌌More ways to slow down.

🌅More ways to nurture yourself.

🌄New treatments, rituals and little moments of calm

I’m not quite ready to share everything yet… but I promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Something beautiful is growing.

Stay close — there’s more to come. ✨

Lately, life has felt beautifully full.

Long, dusty walks at dusk once the day has cooled. Evenings spent in the fields with my husband and three boys, making bales, eating dinner outdoors and taking turns in the tractor.

In between are my health visiting days and the wonderful chaos of the summer holidays.

And in the quieter moments, my mind keeps returning to Nurture Body Therapy.

There are so many paths I could take, but I’m learning not to rush. Instead, I’m choosing to build something with intention. A space where rest doesn’t need to be earned, where time spent on yourself comes without guilt, and where you leave feeling a genuine difference in both body and mind.

For now, I’m letting the slower days shape the business I’m building. Trusting that by following what I’m most drawn to, I’ll create something that truly serves the people who walk through the door.

🕯️Sometimes the quietest seasons are the ones that grow the deepest roots 🕯️

Be part of a movement 🍃

I’m so excited to finally share that I’m working on something really special... 💛
I’m planning the very first Be You event in Folkestone!
My vision is simple: to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels free to embrace being unapologetically and wholesly themselves. A place where people can come together, connect, share what brings them joy, celebrate creativity, enjoy beautiful music, and showcase their passions.
I’m hoping to bring together amazing local businesses, talented creators, artists, musicians, and people who simply want to be part of something positive. Whether you come on your own to try something new, meet new people, or you bring your friends for a fun evening together, there will be something for everyone.
This is about building a community where everyone belongs—a space to laugh, create, discover, and celebrate what makes each of us unique.
My dream is for Be You to become a regular event in Folkestone, bringing people together time and time again in an inclusive, uplifting environment that’s suitable for all.
If you’re a local business, creative performer, or someone who’d love to get involved, I’d love to hear from you. And if this sounds like something you’d enjoy attending, let me know in the comments! Your support means the world, and I can’t wait to bring this vision to life. 💛✨

I'm having a really hard time hearing, experiencing and learning about the NHS maternity system and care atm.

I started my wake up when I had a miscarriage literally the day lockdown was issued, I started to question everything about the industry as I'd never needed it before. Alarm bells were ringing when I was informed of the jabs you have whilst pregnant which seemed mad to me considering you're suppose to avoid things such as alcohol, ci******es, seafood etc... but its okay to inject a bunch of toxins into you 😵‍💫

Off I went looking into it all. The maternity system is broken asf and makes me so mad the coercion and fear mongering that goes on.

That's where I'm at, trying to help others take back control of their own health, body and mind 💪

Lately I’ve found myself reflecting on the journey that’s brought me here.

Many people know me as a massage therapist, but before that I built a career that I’m incredibly proud of. I trained as a children’s nurse at the Evelina Children’s Hospital in London, went on to specialise in neonatal care, and after becoming a mum myself, found my way into health visiting.

The NHS has shaped me in more ways than I can ever put into words. It taught me resilience, compassion and gave me lifelong friendships, unforgettable experiences and the privilege of walking alongside families during some of the most significant moments of their lives. I will always be grateful for that.

But somewhere along the way, I began to feel disconnected from the work I was doing. I wanted to offer more time, more presence and a different kind of support than my role allowed. I found myself longing to care for people in a way that felt deeper, slower and more holistic.

The truth is… holistic care has always had my heart.

It’s where everything seems to make sense. It’s where I feel most myself. Supporting people through touch, creating space for them to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves doesn’t feel like work—it feels like where I’m meant to be.

Everything I’ve learnt as a nurse comes with me. It forms the foundation of the care I offer today. But now I get to nurture people in a way that truly aligns with who I am.

Here’s to new beginnings, whilst being deeply thankful for where they’ve grown from. 🤍

Today I had the pleasure of giving the most beautiful reflexology treatment. It’s become one of my favourite therapies to offer—I often find myself completely immersed in the session, allowing time to slow down as the body settles into relaxation.

With the summer holidays here, my availability is very limited due to childcare commitments, and I now have just a couple of appointments remaining on Wednesday 19th August.

If you’ve been thinking about treating yourself to some time to rest, reset and restore, I’d love to welcome you.

Please get in touch to book your appointment before the remaining spaces are gone. 🌿
