Our Story

Anita and Abbey are qualified mindfulness teachers. Together we run regular relaxation, reflection, mindfulness and meditation sessions. Our hope is to increase awareness of the daily benefits of mindfulness; to develop a community of like minded people and provide opportunities to share experiences that have had a positive impact.

We currently run:

Family evening sessions from 6-7pm every Monday

Adult only sessions are held from 7.30-9pm every Monday and repeated on Tuesdays 1-2.30pm and Fridays 1-2.30pm.
