Tip one. Moisturise your feet every single night.

This is the simplest thing you can do and it makes the biggest difference. Hard skin and cracked heels build up when the skin is dry — and once it builds up it is so much harder to treat. A good foot cream applied every night before bed keeps the skin soft, supple and so much easier to maintain between your pedicures. Make it part of your routine and your feet will completely transform over time. 🌸

Tip two. Never cut your own toenails too short or down the sides.

This is one of the most common causes of ingrown toenails and it is so easily avoided. Always cut straight across and never dig down the sides. If you are unsure — leave it to us! This is exactly what we are here for and getting it wrong can cause real discomfort and lead to bigger problems down the line. 💗

Tip three. Do not ignore something that doesn’t look right.

Fungal infections, discolouration, thickening of the nail — these things do not go away on their own. And the sooner they are treated the easier they are to sort out. We treat all of these at Beyond Beauty in a completely judgement free environment. Please do not suffer in silence or feel embarrassed. We have seen it all and we are here to help. ✨
