🌞✨ Happy Summer Solstice ✨🌞

Good morning ☀️ As I sit peacefully in my garden early this morning thinking about the soul nourishing retreat day I hosted yesterday with such lovely ladies, I am so grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to share my day with them.

And now today I celebrate the longest day of the year, a sacred turning point where the Sun reaches its peak and bathes the Earth in its radiant light.

The Summer Solstice invites us to pause and reflect on all that has blossomed within and around us. It is a time to honour our growth, celebrate our achievements, and express gratitude for the abundance that life has offered so far this year.

As the Sun shines brightly overhead, take a moment to connect with nature, open your heart, and set intentions for the months ahead. Let go of what no longer serves you and embrace the light, joy, and possibilities that await.

May this Solstice fill your spirit with warmth, your heart with gratitude, and your path with clarity and purpose.

Today I shared my morning with my dear friend and allotment buddy at our allotment. We had breakfast together and drank cacao whist deciding what to do with our time together. Needless to say we managed to achieve a great deal - more veg planted, weeding and general chit chat together. Spending time at my allotment gives me as much joy as when I am in my therapy room, and it’s great when I combine both together. I’m looking forward to sharing my meditation evening at my allotment, weather permitting very soon.

We have had a great time in Morocco making special memories. The Moroccan’s were extremely friendly, the food delicious and the overall ambience and energy was fantastic.

I’m now looking forward to seeing BF my clients booked in for sound baths, energy healing and our upcoming summer solstice soul nurturing retreat day.
