☀️🔥Caroline's Top Five Tips for Keeping Cool... the Slimming World Way! 🔥☀️
With temperatures soaring, here's my completely UNOFFICIAL guide to surviving a heatwave while staying Food Optimising! 😆😉
🥶 1. Hug the freezer. Open the door, stare lovingly at the peas and sweetcorn, and contemplate moving in permanently.
🍓 2. Turn Speed Foods into air conditioning. Watermelon, strawberries, cucumber and melon are basically nature's way of saying, "I've got you!" 🍉
🪑 3. Avoid unnecessary movement. This includes searching cupboards for biscuits you don't even want or Cocktails you don't need! Stay seated. Stay hydrated. Stay on track. 😂
🧊 4. Put ice in EVERYTHING. Water? Ice. Diet Coke? Ice. Coffee? Ice. Bath? Ice. A small paddling pool for your feet during the day? Highly recommended. 😎
⚖️ 5. Remember why you're coming to group. Yes, the weather is hot... BUT the scales don't melt... And neither will your determination! 💪
Group is air-conditioned by friendship, support and a room full of people who completely understand the struggle of wanting ice cream for breakfast! 🍦🤣
