I hope you have all enjoyed the sunshine recently and aren't too put off by the reappearance of clouds!
Sunshine often means that those pots finally get planted and those pesky weeds get pulled, however after too long in one position you may notice some aches and pains in places like your lower back, shoulders or legs.
When the sun disappears again we often end up sitting down inside a bit more, this lack of movement can result in feelings of stiffness and difficulty moving in certain directions.
If you've been experiencing aches and pains, stiffness or lack of range of motion due to increased or decreased movement then these are all things that can be treated, managed and even prevented. Instead of waiting for it to go away, only to come back again in a few days/weeks/months, why not get booked in for a check over to address the issue and get ahead of it.
