Weekend 9!! I can't quite believe it. Where is this year going?!

This weekend we have been focusing on female fertility, menopause, pregnancy and business planning ✨️🤩
3 practical assessments and a business knowledge quiz (all of which I passed 😀)

We even had time to make a wonderful vision board. I recommend having a go yourself!

Today marks the official start of summer in the old ways—a time of blooming hawthorn, morning dew, and absolute vitality. Taking a moment to appreciate the 'green' returning to the world and setting intentions for a season of growth.

Tonight is also full moon - Flower Moon 🌕🌸
It is all about blooming, growth and letting your inner light shine ✨️ 💖

Last week I took some time out and enjoyed some family time in Somerset. This included my annual trip to Glastonbury and walking up the Tor. My special place ✨️

Last year, I sat up the Tor looking out and wondering what I was going to do with myself. I was disconnected and lost.

This year, it felt very different 💕 I have found my way ❤️ I feel present again.

My reflexology journey makes me smile everyday and I am so lucky to be doing this ☺️

👏👏👏 Well done to this fabulous group of students who successfully completed not one, not two, but three practical assessments this weekend! 👏👏👏

PRAC 2 on Saturday involved meeting an entirely new client, taking a full consultation and creating a bespoke treatment plan for their client, treating them professionally and giving feedback. In short, everything a Level 5 reflexologist does in practice. And - they aced it!

And then on Sunday, they learned how to adapt treatments for male health and male fertility - carrying out treatments on each other to hone their new skills.

A fabulous weekend of student success and a lot of laughs along the way!

Well done everyone (and a big thank you to all the clients who came in to help on Saturday too!)

As I proceed on this amazing training journey, I realise it is not just about learning all the different names of the bones and muscles in our body and feet and what the adrenal glands do, it is also about how I prepare myself before a treatment.

Discovering my own pre-treatment ritual.

I have learnt to centre myself, to ground and to shift my energy. I cannot give from an empty cup. In order to give my clients the treatment they need, I need to be clear in my own energy field.

Inspired by (Instagram) who has been on the same training journey as me 😊 I am so grateful to those who have sent me lovely messages of support. I am learning so much from all of you and feel this is such a empowering and supportive community. Thank you to everyone for your support so far ❤️
