We had a bit of a different setup in the hall yesterday! With a number of our regular participants away enjoying their holidays, we suddenly found ourselves with a lot of extra floor space.
Instead of letting it go to waste, Issy and Sara decided to fully utilize it! They brought some incredible movement alive to that empowering classic, "Eye of the Tiger." 🥊🎵 It was the absolute perfect, uplifting start to our hour-long session, packing the room full of feel-good dopamine and positive energy!
Whether we are adapting to a packed room or using extra space for a fun, high-energy routine, our courses are all about joy, community, and functional movement.

💥Today, our crew got a massive injection of energy from our fantastic guest trainer, Carly!

She brought nothing but incredible strength vibes to the session, and the room was absolutely buzzing.

🥊PUNCHING TO A NEW BEAT IN OXSHOTT!🥊
This week, our Oxshott crew took a swing at something completely new—boxing!

They partnered up, took turns being the boxer and the pad holder, and absolutely smashed it. Boxing is fantastic for building sharp hand-eye coordination, boosting stamina, and getting a brilliant cardio endurance workout. As expected, most of our participants had never done anything like this before, but they absolutely loved the challenge and the energy!

That is the beauty of our 12-week course—no two weeks are the same. From balance and mobility to strength training and fun cardio formats like boxing, we keep things fresh, exciting, and accessible for everyone.

🔥 Bonus: If any of our participants catch the boxing bug and want to keep training after the course, we can introduce you to a fantastic local boxing coach and club to keep that momentum going!
