What a fantastic day we had at Parklife yesterday!

I was there supporting the amazing charity Purple Heart Wishes, speaking to festival goers about the incredible work they do. They grant wishes for terminally ill adults aged 18-55.

We raised lots of money and I couldn’t be prouder than to have played a role in helping!

We are always looking for volunteers to support us at lots of different events, including; The Brit Fest, AO Arena, The Etihad and many more!

✨What wonderful evening we had!

Thank you so much to everyone who chose to spend their evening with myself and Emma Jones on Thursday, we are truly grateful.

Our next event will be a Sound Bath in July, watch out for the date coming soon. In the meantime if you’d like to join us then please get in touch to go on our waiting list.

Always so honoured to be asked to attend these events organised by The Anthony Seddon Fund.

I’ll be there facilitating a sound bath session 💚

A MENTAL health and wellbeing festival in Tameside is returning for what promises to be an uplifting day of support and inspiration.

The Anthony Seddon Fund will host its fifth annual Tameside Mental Health and Wellbeing Festival at Dukinfield Town Hall.

The free event on Wednesday, May 27, from 2pm to 7pm will bring together charities, support organisations, guest speakers and wellbeing practitioners from across the borough and beyond.
