I’ve just completed a 3-week BioResonance trial, and I’ve genuinely been impressed with the results.

In week one, I noticed a big difference in my bloating, it reduced significantly and I felt a noticeable boost in my energy levels, which was a great start.

By week two, the bloating had completely gone, and something even more surprising happened, my food noise disappeared. I found myself naturally stopping eating when I felt full, without overthinking it or craving more. I lost 2lbs

Now at the end of week three, those benefits have continued. I still have no bloating, no food noise, and my energy levels remain high. I lost another 2lbs

4 days off treatment and my food noise stayed away.
Had an alcoholic beverage (or a few) on Saturday and I woke up on Sunday thinking I would need carbs all day but I didn’t. We got a treat take away on Sunday night and I couldn’t finish it.

No Treatment today as I’ve had clients in today. But on Thursdays I fast for at least 24 hours. Feel like I could do longer today. I am usually starving and moody as hell around this time.
