Happy Summer Solstice. ☀️

Today isn't about doing more. It's about pausing long enough to notice how much light already exists within and around us.

As I sat beside the water last night, I was reminded that nature never forces its rhythm. The sea doesn't hurry, yet it reaches every shore.

Wherever you are on your journey, may this Solstice bring you clarity, courage, and gentle renewal.

Take a deep breath. Soak up the light. Trust your own tide.

There is something truly special about birthing your own drum... a journey of intention, patience, connection and spirit. ❤️

Three beautiful souls, each bringing their own wisdom, are joining forces to hold this experience in the gorgeous seaside town of Hornsea. If you've been feeling the call to create your own sacred drum, I couldn't recommend a more heart-led group of facilitators to guide you.
