A great reference doesn’t always make a great tattoo.
We get sent some incredible ideas, but what works on paper doesn’t always translate to skin—especially when there’s a lot of detail in a small space.
Sometimes the best thing we can do is simplify the design, adjust the placement or make it a little bigger. Not to change your idea, but to make sure it works as a tattoo.
