Please note that my booking system sends reminders for your appointments, not accepting a reminder DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you see a reminder come through via text, e-mail or both, your appointment slot is still reserved even if you don’t respond.

Which ultimately means if you don’t show, I’ve lost the opportunity to re-sell your slot and it looks like I have no-shows (of which there have been several this week alone!) some of which are misunderstandings, but please, communicate directly or cancel via the reminder if you are unable to attend

Should’ve put an out of office on! 🤣

I’m on annual leave until Tuesday 13th October. As is usually the case my first week back is manic!

Following week is filling up, but there is availability.

I always have a consultation with a new client prior to treatment, it’s essential my clients feel comfortable and we discuss their individual needs to I can devise a treatment plan.

There are occasions when I’m certain more specialist treatment is needed first, such as chiropractor or osteopath.

This is why consultation is essential. In this case, I could help and will continue to do so. ❤️

Sorry for the radio silence, but ive not long finished an amazing few days treating participants of a physical bootcamp in Yorkshire, it certainly kept me busy. (And very warm!🥵)

I’m back now in full swing until I take a few days off at the end of July.
