Wednesday morning with a difference 🌊 ⛵️ Anyone who knows me will know that I love sailing, and volunteer as an assistant sailing instructor in my spare time. So naturally when I heard about sailability, as a neurophysio and sailor, I was intrigued. Huge thanks to Swarkestone sailing club for allowing me to spend the morning with them, and for allowing me to sail in one of their adapted boats. It was so lovely to see how inclusive sailing can be for people with disabilities. One lady summed it up beautifully when she said “for a minute, out there on the water, I almost forgot about MS” Swarkestone Sailing Club

We love receiving updates from our clients.

This client’s primary goal in vestibular rehabilitation was to travel independently again. We are so proud of her for achieving her goal, and loved looking at the holiday photos she sent us.
