Did you know that braiding your hair is one of the oldest, simplest forms of knot magick? Your hair acts as an extension of your nervous system, absorbing the energy and environments around you. When you consciously braid it, you are weaving a physical and spiritual boundary.

Turn your morning styling into a quick protection ritual:
