A 90 minute treatment of treating the body, mind and soul. Various massage techniques will be used such as vedic, ayurvedic, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. Today is a new day and today is a new week ✨️

Yesterday is history and today is a mystery is that the saying of the wee turtle in kung fu panda??

We are all human and sometimes even I get caught up with pressures and from the noise of the outside world. So I do really hear and feel you when ypu say you feel off. Yesterday I allowed fear to take over my mind and today i start taking my power back by stop feeding my peace with fear.

A wee reminder it is ok to have days where you loose your mojo, or days you can't face the world. You are only human.
