What a brilliant day in Auchterarder celebrating local hero Sandy Gunn! 🇬🇧 ❤️

There was something for everyone, from an incredible Spitfire flypast ✈️ to a special screening of "The Great Escape" at Auchterarder Picture House 📽

The children even had their own secret mission to complete around the town - adding an extra bit of excitement and adventure to the day! 🕵‍♀️🔎

A truly memorable celebration of an incredible local story, bringing the community together to remember and honour Sandy Gunn.

A HUGE thank you to all the organisers, volunteers and everyone involved in making such a fantastic day possible! 👏

🌿✨️ A little bit of nature on the way to work...

Last week, while walking to work, I spotted this amazing plant on the corner of New School Lane - a Smoke tree! 🌺

I was completely blown away by it's beauty and almost other-worldly appearance. It's amazing what you can discover when you simply take the time to look around you. 🌿💚

Auchterarder Health Foods are big believers in the goodness and beauty that nature provides - from the food we eat to the plants and wildlife all around us. 🌱

A wonderful surprise arrived in the post today...

A talented poet has once again been anonymously sharing their work about local businesses in Auchterarder, and this time it was our turn!

The mystery continues... 🕵

The title of our poem is in Latin and translates as "A healthy mind in a healthy body", so our anonymous writer is clearly not only a gifted poet but also a lover of Latin.

To our very own "Poets Anonymous" - thank you very much. You have made my day! 💚

🌞 HOLIDAY TIME! 🌞

Auchterarder Health Foods will be closed while I head off on a very special holiday with six amazing friends I've known since our school days and that was a long time ago... 🙈

The shop will be closed on Saturday the 18th of July and will re-open on Monday the 27th of July.

Thank you so much for your support and I really appreciate your understanding ❤️
