I am going offline for a little while.

Taking time to really tune in to my own inner voice.

More presence. More art. More nature.

I will still be offering 1to1 Artist Returns sessions to guide you back to your art because one of my visions is to see ALL artists RISE.

And they will. šŸ«¶šŸ»

See you soon šŸ’–

You know all I want to do right now is to go into nature and just rest.

I’ve spent the last week in beautiful Devon. Barefoot for most of the time in a lovely shepherds hut with an outdoor kitchen. Close to nature and I’ve come home and I’ve realised how much we as humans have lost that connection. How we spend much of our time disconnected to it. That we rely on so many outside influences for our decision-making. We tune into social media to find answers rather than just allowing ourselves to go into nature and listen. Speak with the trees, the birds and the animals, this is when the answers naturally rise to the surface. I’ve always been deeply connected to nature and when I don’t listen, there becomes the problem.

And we forget, that our bodies are nature too.

They are the bridge.

So listen, take space and see what has been waiting to be heard.

The art of deep listening is something that we must come back too. We must allow the noise to fade into the background and listen.

It’s not a nice to do anymore - it’s essential to our wellbeing and our future as a species as we watch some pretty dystopian timelines play out.

It’s time to come together and take communion in n nature.

It’s simply our solace šŸ’–

Over a year ago, I had a dream that was so powerful that I knew I needed to paint it. I found the notes I wrote about this dream yesterday. I can feel the colour, the aliveness. Yet I didn’t start, even though the message in the dream was ā€˜to paint it’.

Huge part of this is, because I knew it needed to big.

The other part, simply forgot about it.

Yesterday I took quick action and I bought the biggest canvas I could find and I am sharing it here so I have to begin!

Follow along with me, I will be sharing my starting process for this painting on my brand new YouTube channel on Monday 5th May.

Part 3: My warrior spirit has come out in full force on this one, and it’s really helped me find my voice and stand up to a system that doesn’t have true wellbeing at its core. I’ve been approached by local radio and the local news, which is not something I would normally say yes to. Yet in these circumstances, if there is an opportunity to share my voice, where it could be heard alongside other neighbours on my street, then change can happen.

Just because an expert says something is low risk does not mean that is true. It all depends on the context for me. I want to breathe fresh, clean air that supports my body, and there’s no disputing that the air we’ve been breathing for the last four days is not clean. The warrior in me has come out, and she has found her voice.

So this is a question to you:

Who are you listening to? Those outside voices that completely contradict what your inner voice is saying?

Or the quiet whisper of the inner voice?
