On Friday we had the fantastic opportunity to visit North Somerset Bird of Prey Centre
Firstly we had a introduction from Andy who introduced us to Dottie the European Little Owl, Cinnamon the Dark Breasted Barn Owl and Rebel the Harris Hawk
After the introduction we split into 2 groups
The Reptile group held a millipede, a snake called Banana and a bearded dragon called Solar
The bird group turned into bird handlers and held Dottie and Cinnamon
The group also had a go and calling the birds and having them fly and land on their gloves
As if all that wasn’t enough we then got to have a look around the animal enclosures
Highlights included seeing a baby meerkat and a laughing kookaburra
The guys had a fantastic day and thoroughly enjoyed the experience
