Reiki is a calming, hands-on (or hands-off) practice that offers you time to pause, unwind and reconnect with yourself.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply in need of some quiet time, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

**Sessions are fully clothed.**

• Rei: Means "universal," "divine," or "spiritual."
• Ki: Means "life force energy," "vital energy," or "chi" (similar to the Chinese qì).

Reiki doesn't change your body overnight it changes your energy, and your energy changes everything ✨️

Sharing from Hello Mind

This is a powerful visual of how we speak to ourselves... its so easy to focus on one bad comment from someone, instead of 10 nice ones...

Same how we talk to ourselves.. is it easier to say negative thoughts or postice ones..??

As we welcome October & 1/1/1 Portal,

🍂 A Gentle Reminder to Slow Down and Find Your Balance 🍂

As the season shifts and the leaves begin to turn, October brings a natural invitation to pause, reflect, and reset. After the heights of summer and the rush of September, autumn arrives as a gentle reminder that slowing down is just as important as keeping up.

Take time this month to:
✨ Breathe in the crisp air and step outside for a slow walk. 🚶‍♀️

🍵 Savor the small comforts—a warm drink, a good book, or a quiet morning.

⚖️ Fine-tune your balance—reassess where your energy goes and prioritize what truly brings you peace.

🍁 Embrace the beauty of letting go, just like the autumn leaves.
Life doesn't always have to move at full speed. Give yourself permission to rest, find your rhythm, and enjoy the cozy season ahead.
