What a beautiful burst of energy today at St Pauls Care Centre🤠✨

I had the absolute joy of bringing line dancing to the residents... and they brought the energy right back! 💃🕺

There were smiles, laughter, music, movement and plenty of happy feet as we danced our way through the session. It was incredible to see how a little music and movement can lift spirits, create connection and bring everyone together.

Thank you for having me. I can’t wait to come back and dance with you all again! 🌟

On Saturday, my wonderful students from various classes got together to socialise, have fun and connect with each other through the medium of dance. How blessed I am to have been teaching line dance across the last two years, and meet some truly fabulous people who have now become friends.

It was especially lovely to see some of my FIRST EVER students from when I used to host pop-up workshops in Tring and Berkhamsted, back to reconnect and have fun with newer students.

High Noon Hoedown happening on Saturday 6th June from 12.30pm–2.30pm.

This is your chance to dust off your boots, bring your best country spirit, and enjoy a brilliant afternoon of dancing, laughter, music, and good company. Whether you’ve been coming along every week or you’re still finding your feet, this social is all about having fun, feeling confident, and celebrating the lovely community we’re building together.

Expect feel-good country tunes, simple guided dances, plenty of chances to practise your favourites, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Snacks and drinks available but bring your own beverages if you fancy it.

So grab your hat, your boots, or just your biggest smile, and come and join us for a proper midday hoedown!

A look back on 26th April's Spring Sound Retreat at Tring Grange Farm.

We moved through nourishing Pilates, explored meditative hypnotherapy-inspired breathwork, wandered quietly through the forest in mindful connection with nature, melted into the vibrations of a deeply restorative sound bath, and gathered together over a beautiful three-course meal filled with warmth, conversation, and presence.

There was laughter, stillness, release, grounding, and so many meaningful moments shared between strangers who no longer felt like strangers by the end of the day.

So grateful to everyone who trusted themselves enough to come, open their hearts, and be part of such a beautiful experience. 🌱✨
