🥞 P A N C A K E R E C I P E 🥞
Tomorrow is Shrove Tuesday so we thought we'd share this great healthy, low calorie recipe with you. At just 200 calories and suitable for STEP 2 and above, why not give this a go.
What you’ll need -
🥚 1 large Egg
🧈 87.5g Quark
🥫 Lemon & Lime water flavouring
🥫 Raspberry & Elderflower water flavouring
🌱 Mint leaves (optional)
🍫 Any 1:1 Diet bar for grating the chocolate coating
Directions:
✅ Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon & lime flavouring to the quark and mix well. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes.
✅ Beat the egg in a jug and preheat a medium sized frying pan with fry light.
✅ Pour the egg into the frying pan. When the egg is firm, turn to cook the other side.
✅ In a small dish grate away a small amount of the chocolate coating that covers your bar and set to one side.
✅ Once the egg is cooked add the lemon and lime, quark and sprinkle raspberry and Elderflower flavouring.
✅ Finish by sprinkling your grated chocolate on top.
