Self deprecating language should never be tolerated.

So many times I work with people and I hear the same criticisms all the time.

“Oh but I’m lazy”
“I struggle with motivation”
“I can never be bothered - I’m just that kind of person”

…the list goes on.

Your brain doesn’t recognise certain language.
Let me give you an example;

Don’t think of a Purple Lightning strike.

Ok?

Oooops - you thought of it didnt you.
The brain doesn’t hear “don’t” - all it heard was purple lightning strike and bang ⚡️there it is.

It’s the same with any language, you say it, your brain hears it and logs it - again and again and again; constantly programming your subconscious.

We help our clients BREAK that cycle.

‼️One Fitness outdoor Bootcamp‼️

This outdoor bootcamp is non-military, body weight and cardio based fun exercises- all in a (socially distanced) group!
