Sarah Lou Yoga I'm Sarah Oxley a BWY accredited yoga teacher. Offer Classes and private consultations. I like my classes to be fun and light-hearted.

My yoga is dedicated to help you find healing in your body, mind and soul. Let me sure you how a carefully structure yoga practice can help you sort out your health issue and rebalance your body in a way which will enable you to enjoy your life off the mat. I incorporate many yoga styles into my teaching but love to include some energetic flow sequences as well as longer static holds. My classes are suitable for all levels - you take it as far as you want to go on any given day.

I have 3 spaces open for my crow pose workshop this Saturday.

Date: Saturday 13th June
Time: 2 pm - 4 pm
Where: Sarah's garden studio

Come and learn how to fly in crow pose. I will break down the pose and give you the time and support to give it a go. I will include different prop variations to make it more accessible. Beginners and tue more experienced are welcome and there is absolutely no pressure to fly 😁.

I just wanted to give you the chance to try it in a supportive, fun and informal environment.

There are only 6 spaces so you get the personalised support you need to nail your crow.

Are you looking for an evening yoga class?

Are you looking for an evening yoga class? I am looking to fill my Tuesday evening class at Bedgrove Junior School.

My classes are suitable for all levels of experience and beginner's are welcome. We are a super friendly community of like-minded yogis just want to spend an hour moving the body and calming the mind.

Yoga is a great practice to MOT the body and the mind. My classes will help you forget life for a while and allow you to move your body, iron out the kinks and find some peace.

Learning to Fly: A Crow Pose Workshop

Have you ever looked at crow pose and thought, “That’s not for me”?

This workshop is an invitation to change that story.

Learning to Fly is a supportive, playful exploration of crow pose (Bakasana). Whether crow has always felt out of reach or you’re ready to refine crow and maybe side crow, this workshop offers a safe space to try, wobble, laugh, and learn.

😃What To Expect:

➡️Thorough wrist, core, and hip warm-up up
➡️Clear, approachable breakdowns of crow pose
➡️Plenty of props and options for all levels
➡️20 minutes of guided crow pose playtime
➡️Optional exploration of side crow
➡️A grounding cool down and deep relaxation

May is private yoga month 😃🤗

I love teaching group classes but have a special passion for teaching private yoga classes. Private yoga might be seen as a little luxurious but it has all the benefits of a personal trainer plus a bit extra.

Private yoga is great for anyone who:

🙏 is a little intimidated joining a group class - these tailored classes offer a route into yoga which is completely personalised to the individual
🙏has recovering from an injury and needs to modify their movement practice
🙏is suffering with a chronic health condition - physical or mental and would love to learn about the many tools of yoga can help
🙏is already practising yoga but wants to dive deeper into a certain aspect of their practice.

As well as teaching yoga I will bring in functional body weight and mobility training as and where we feel it might help bring better movement. Yoga for me is the perfect MOT for the body and mind.

If you are curious, just for the month of May I am offering 20% off an initial consultation. This 75 minute session is the perfect way for me to get to know your personal goals and tailor a yoga practice which is perfectly tailored to your needs.
