Exercise doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective.
Some of the most valuable exercises we use in physiotherapy are often simple movements that improve mobility, restore control, and build strength.
Here are three exercises we frequently prescribe, depending on the individual and their goals:
1. Seated Roll Down for Lower Back Pain
2. Press Up Against the Wall for Pain Between the Shoulder Blades
3. Single Leg Squat for Balance and Knee Pain
