Not the way we imagined this to go, but our honeymoon was supposed to start tomo, this has now unfortunately had to be cancelled and changed due to the conflicts in the middle east, as we were supposed to be in dubai tomo (monday) for few days, then onto Thailand to our very much needed chill out time 😪.

We are both still taking time off work this week to just chill out and spend some time together.

So instead of being back to work on the 20th March, I will be opening the shop back up a week on Tuesday (10th).

Hope to see you all there, and as always cheers for the support you have given my shop these past 6 years now.

Surreal moment for me tbh.

Always wanted something in supplement form that had my brand logo on it.

So started off small, pleased with how they've turned out, and hopefully more to come in the future.

Creatine monohydrate, widely used, and had somewhat of a comeback recently, very good sup to be taking on the daily, even if your not into the gym in the slightest, 5/10g daily, mixed in whatever drink you want (its unflavoured).

If training hard, id go 20g daily split across 4 servings, especially around workout and most important your post workout shake directly after training!
Helps saturate the muscles, pulls water into the muscles which in turn carries the nutrients needed for repair, and no it doesn't make you "hold water"
