I’m not going to oversell this. If you’ve been on the fence, you already know whether this is for you.

It’s three hours on Saturday 24 May at Koko Studio in Glasgow with a guided Hatha Yoga flow, journalling and intention setting, and a Yoga Nidra meditation to close. All levels welcome. Everything provided. A free audio and a free Yin class to take home.

The group is intentionally small. That’s the whole point. And it’s almost full.

Reflecting on a an amazing weekend with for a retreat with the amazing Carina from

This retreat was much needed and it was all that I had imagined. We stayed in Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, we meditated, practiced Yoga, ate delicious food, meet lovely people and life feels light again.

Sometimes you just need to step away from daily life to realise how lucky you are. This is how it felt for me, I felt (re)connected to myself, to my yoga practice and it reminded me how important it is to live in the present moment. At times, we can get so caught up in the busyness of life, in your feelings of impatience, frustration, always wanting to do more, that we forget just to breathe and enjoy the present moment. This weekend reminded me of all that.

It made me feel lighter, and having hardly any phone signal for that length of time was just an added bonus of this incredible experience.

Thank you Carina 🤍 for allowing us to experience this bubble of disconnection.
