Was a beautiful Sunday morning teaching a private bespoke yoga session this week for a group celebrating their friends upcoming wedding. We had a lovely morning, it rained heavily so we went indoors but had the doors open listening to the summer rain, lambs and birds singing.
So, if this is something more chilled, healthy and relaxing as part of an upcoming workplace wellbeing event, birthday, hen, stag or wedding (have also worked with whole wedding parties as well as hens 🤍) then no matter your age, ability or experience please get in touch. Events have always been more of my thing than classes and of course, outdoors is always encouraged!
