The atmosphere felt so calm, mystical and serene — such a lovely energy to relax and unwind in 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who joined tonight’s session 🙏🏻 It was a truly beautiful evening and the energy in the room was amazing.

This will now be the home for our weekly soundbaths moving forward, so for anyone who missed tonight, you’ll still get the chance to experience this gorgeous new ambience too ✨ xx

Had a wonderful night away near Loch Long. The weather Couldn't have been better ☀️🤌 The perfect opportunity to slow down, relax and breathe, away from the busyness of everyday life. These moments are so needed for us all to refill our own cups ♥️

It felt like such a beautiful way to close this chapter of growth, reflection, and healing together 🤍

Through the healing frequencies, guided meditation, and moments of stillness, we created space to soften, release what felt heavy, and allow ourselves a moment of deep rest and restoration.

To everyone who has joined along the way — both familiar faces and complete newbies — thank you for trusting me to guide these evenings of relaxation, reflection, and care.

Your presence, support, and kind feedback genuinely mean the world to me 🌎💗

Now… time for me to start dreaming up some fresh new ideas for the summer ahead 😉✨

Phew...Don't know about everyone else but this week has TESTED me! 😮‍💨
Trying to look on the bright side of things.
So my list of good things today nomatter how small
😁I'm off for a long weekend
😁Plants i thought hadn't germinated are starting to sprout-could be tomatoes, spinnach,rosmary-i actually can't remember now 😆
☕️I thought I'd ran out of coffee then found a new tin 🤌
😊Have a lovely trip planned
😍it's nearly summer ☀️ loving having more daylight

Over the past few weeks we’ve focused on growth, reflection,manifestation and self-awareness.

This Thursday, we close this spring journey with Release & Restore — a gentle evening to let go of what feels heavy and create space to restore your energy.

So often we carry stress, emotions, pressure, self-doubt, or simply the weight of busy everyday life without even realising how much it can impact us.

Through guided meditation and immersive healing sound, this session is an opportunity to pause, soften, and allow yourself to reset.
