🔺🔻Training Time at Barns 🔻🔺

Thanks to Dr Dawson for organising a brilliant afternoon of primary care basic life support and hands‑on simulation for our Practice team today.

GP practices must have the equipment, skills and confidence to manage emergencies — including resuscitation.

When an emergency happens, the whole team has a part to play.

They’re rare, but when they do occur, we’re ready.

❗️❗️Protected Learning Time ❗️❗️

The Practice will be closed from 1.00pm on Wednesday 26th August.

Protected Learning Time (PLT) allows GP practices to close for half a day to carry out staff training for the whole practice team.

Patients who need urgent advice can contact the Ayrshire Urgent Care Service on 01563 826930 during this half day closure.

Any prescriptions ordered after 12.00 noon on Tuesday 25th August will be ready for collection on Thursday 27th August.

The Practice will reopen at Thursday 27th August.
