🚨Flu Walk-In Clinics Important Update

Due to a delay in the delivery of our flu vaccines, our walk-in flu clinics have been rescheduled to Saturday 17th, Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th October.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We do also have plenty of bookable appointments available in the week if this is more convenient for you.

🚨We would like to remind everyone that our surgery has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, aggression, or threatening behaviour towards our staff.

Our team comes to work each day to care for and support our patients. They do not come to work to be shouted at, insulted, or made to feel upset or unsafe. While we understand that people may sometimes feel frustrated or anxious, this does not make abusive behaviour acceptable.

Our staff work extremely hard and always do their best to help every patient, often in very busy and challenging circumstances. We ask that everyone treats them with the same courtesy and respect that they themselves would expect to receive.

When visiting the surgery, please could we kindly ask patients to stand back from the reception desk and wait to be called forward.

This helps us protect everyone’s confidentiality, particularly when our reception team are speaking with another patient or are on the telephone.

We really appreciate your patience, understanding and support in helping us maintain everyone’s privacy. 💙

We're pleased to let our patients know that we have started planning and scheduling our 2026 Flu Vaccination Clinics. If you're eligible, please make a note of the dates below.

(For 2 & 3 year olds, and children with long-term health conditions only)

Please note: School-aged children who are eligible will receive their flu vaccination through their school vaccination programme.

Not registered at Balderton Doctors Surgery? You can still see Belinda for coil and implant services! 💜

Did you know that you don't need to be registered with our practice to access our coil and contraceptive implant fitting or removal service?

Belinda, our experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a specialist interest in Women's Health, provides this service to support patients from other GP practices that may not currently offer coil or implant appointments.

Whether you need:
✨ A new contraceptive implant
✨ Implant removal or replacement
✨ A coil fitting
✨ Coil removal or replacement

If your own GP surgery doesn't provide these services, or you're struggling to get an appointment, you may be able to access your care with us.
