I N T R O D U C I N G... The Rest Protest - an invitation to take the radical action of rest.

A series of soul soothing workshops, guides and herbal wellbeing products for heart led feelers, doers and activists.

Meet your Wellbeing Coach

Join a supportive, interactive group where you’ll explore your wellbeing, set clear goals, and build a realistic way forward.

Sessions follow the GROW coaching model - Goals / Vision, Reality, Options / Opportunities, Will / Way Forward - and include guided questions, group discussion, hands‑on activities, and tools.

New, slightly revised timetable as I transition into my new bigger home at Tir na nOg Holistic Centre 🎉 You can now find me as the resident yogi there, with classes on Mondays and Thursdays. Thanks to my amazing clients who've been so supportive of this move. New faces are always welcome - now we have room for you too!

Loved March! I say this a lot but it is truly a privilege to do this work. Some know me as their yoga teacher or coach, some see me once at a workshop, some come back again and again to retreats, some I see multiple times a week at classes. Grateful for you all and all that's to come this month (including a week off!) 🌞

The most beautiful afternoon with gorgeous souls at my Balance + Bloom Spring Equinox Afternoon Retreat at Tir na nOg Holistic Centre today. A truly sensory experience of heart opening yoga, forest bathing, aromatherapy, journalling and planting our intentions. Thank you for your presence and energy. And thank you for your lovely messages this evening telling me how it's left you feeling so good. It really is the biggest privilege to call this work and I'm so grateful to all of you who week in, week out, trust me to hold space for you. My heart is so full tonight ❤️ Have a beautiful week.
