Good morning lovelies,

Welcome back for our ✨Sunday guidance ✨. It is a rather dreich day here and I thought the Unicorns might bring a light and their magic into our day. During the first degree Reiki workshop I held yesterday, we were briefly talking about guides, angels, dragons, unicorns and I can’t help wonder if this is what drew me to this deck this morning. Who am I to argue ? 😁

I know most of you are well used to our weekly decks but for those of you joining us for the first time, you are most welcome and I suggest you take a couple of deep cleansing breaths before letting your intuition guide you to a number between 1 and 44.

First Reiki I workshop in a while and what a beautiful day it was, full of energy, laughter and deep relaxation.
Three beautiful souls empowered to start their Reiki journey and creating positive ripples wherever they go - a wonderful way to start the weekend.

We forgot to take a photo with their certificates but these were the timely messages we got with our Yogi Tea tea breaks - beautiful and timely reminders !

I am now basking in all the energy and actually refreshed and buzzing - happy days!

I am not one for being overly controversial but this reel has summed up menopause in a way that will make most men stop in their tracks, pause and think … or so I believe.

If this helps make people be more supportive to women going the mighty rollercoaster of this unavoidable transition then I am ok with it !

Perhaps you may also know some people who may benefit from this succinct but powerful explanation.
