In my postpartum era this was the mantra I kept coming back too,

And mindset and nervous system regulation are what kept me sane 🤣

In getting back to coaching, I wanna do what I LOVE the most and thats group coaching.

Teaching YOU how to build mental fitness and how to manage stress so you can "Mind Yourself" and therefore keep the home happy too 😅

As women we can take on a huge mental load, which can take its toll on the body ans we dont know the simple ways in which we can be supporting ourselves.

What I will be teaching should be taught in schools,

But this is for everyone,

Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or burnt out,

If you are struggling with up & down moods, limiting beleifs and poor self talk,

If you are have anxiety or poor self image.

Males/females, old and young...

Or if you are like me and a new mum who needs to find a happy place in body and mind again.

The Conversation You're Having With Yourself Matters...both internally and the things you voice.

How we speak to ourselves ans also how we speak in front of tiny ears, matters.

The mind always believes what you say, regardless of whether its true or not.

It's called Auto-suggestion.

But I'd guess you are better at speaking negatively about yourself, than being your own best friend?

The voice in our head can sound more like a critic than a coach.

💭 "I'm not good enough."
💭 "I'll probably fail."
💭 "Everyone else has it figured out."
💭 "Who am I to do that?"

The problem is, the brain listens to what it hears most often, AND believes it to be true.

If you're constantly feeding yourself criticism, doubt and fear, it's no surprise that confidence feels hard to find.

Confidence isn't something you're born with. It's something you build.

And it starts by becoming aware of the stories you're telling yourself every day.

What if, instead of asking:
❌ "What's wrong with me?"
You started asking:
✅ "What do I need right now?"

Learning how to master your self-talk and challenge your belief system will give you more inner peace and help you ooze confidence.

This is the kind of work we'll be doing inside Mind Yourself—my upcoming 8-week group coaching programme focused on building mental fitness, overcoming limiting beliefs, and creating lasting confidence from the inside out.

Helping you through anxiety is what I do...

I have been inundated with people coming to me with anxiety since been back to work, so here are some things I want you to know...

You inherited your nervous system from your mother and since you where born your NS is always listening to your words and environment.

So even though it might just be 'in you' through learning how to befriend your mind and support your nervous system, you dont have to live with anxiety.

Avoidance only heighten your anxiety, but learn to master your mental game and you can create safety in the body and confidence in yourself again.
