So here’s the before… I was dressed in a beautiful bright pink dress going to my slimmingworld meeting yesterday and coming down the steps at the hotel my heel caught in my hem of the dress and I went flying… now please tell me… am I the ditsiest person you have ever met? I have bruises on top of bruises… only great thing is to
