Hello everyone just a post to say that as of August 1st the price for an initial consultation appointment will be changing. From the 1st it will be £60, this is due to rising costs and current market changes.

However it is only the 1st appointment that is changing, follow up appointments are staying the same.

I hope you all understand and I thank you for continuing to come to me for you rehab and muscle pains.

Any Hydrox people or runners who have knee , back or hip issues get them resolved ASAP because these things don't just go away.

Hi everyone I'm just posting to let everyone know I will be on holidays from 2nd May 26 until 13th May 26. I have been booking people in for their appointment times close to me being away but if you have an injury or are due a maintenance appointment please get in touch. People are always asking me what is it I do is it massage? And simply put NO it's not massage. I am a Neuromuscular Physical Therapist, I am very heavily soft tissue based, meaning I am hands on. Manipulating fascial tissue, myofascial trigger points in the tissue. I do some mobilisation techniques and I use Cupping and Neuro-Dry Needling to alleviate pain and restrictions.

All this means that when you come to me for whatever type of pain, I will assess, test, treat and reassess and put a plan in place with you.
There is no being handed a sheet of exercises and told to rest. We get right into helping.
