Hi, I'm Brenda Mullan โ wife, mum to two, and the face behind ๐๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ค๐ฉ ๐๐๐๐ง๐ฎ
Life is wonderfully busy, balancing family, work and running my reflexology practice, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
For the past 13 years, I've worked within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, dedicating my career to supporting people's health, wellbeing and positive lifestyle change. I'm currently a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner, working part-time within the Public Health Dietetics Health Improvement Team.
Before this role, I spent time working in Community Health & Wellbeing in Social Prescribing and previously worked for 10 years in the Laboratory.
Throughout my career, one thing has remained constantโ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

Looking after my own wellbeing is just as important to me. I still enjoy playing sport and staying active, not only because it helps me feel my best, but because I want to be a healthy, positive role model for my children.
My journey into reflexology began many years ago thanks to my mum. As a teenager, I remember her training to become a reflexologist and practising her treatments on us at home. I was fascinated by the calming effects and how such gentle touch could make such a difference. Those memories stayed with me and inspired me to follow in her footsteps.
I qualified in Reflexology in 2018, before starting my family, and have also trained in Body Massage and Indian Head Massage. After taking a two-year break to focus on family life, moving house and renovating our home, I returned to my practice eight months ago in a completely new town with a renewed passion for helping others prioritise their wellbeing.
Since returning, I've completed a Reflexology Refresh Course and achieved Level 5 Advanced Reflexology under the guidance of the highly respected Sheila Nugent.
I'm passionate about continuing my professional development and have exciting plans to expand my knowledge and introduce new treatments in the future.
At The Willow Well-being Centre, where I practise as The Foot Fairy, my goal is to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can relax, restore and rebalance. Whether you're looking to ease stress, support your wellbeing or simply take some time for yourself, I'm here to help you feel nurtured, supported and cared for.
Please remember- ๐บ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ต๐ถ๐ป ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐!
If you have made it this far - Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
