ANGELINE Platt is doing a collection in memory of Ally for the homeless in Belfast.

All items will be donated to Hope harbour belfast helping homeless.

I will post below a list of items which can be placed either in a draw string bag or a shoe box. ANGELINE PLATT be collecting these then until end of November.

9am spin any beginners can remain seated throughout, just work at your own pace and have FUN burning those calories and getting fitter!
At 9.30am there will be toning exercises to suit everyone. Anything you do not feel comfortable with there is no pressure. Nobody will be singled out so all you beginners no worries!
