Thank you so much to everyone for the amazing feedback after the sessions. And for the lovely reviews that were sent to me over the last 2 sessions. Last week I held a ladies only soundbath and last night I did another mother/child session (this time it was secondary school age)
They went so well and so glad everyone enjoyed 🥰

Our first Sands event!
What lovely feedback from some of the mummy's who attended my first mother/daughter soundbath experience. The little ones ages this session ranged from 5-8 and everyone really enjoyed it and were nice and relaxed. They brought a teddy bear and they all learnt and practiced some EFT (Tapping) on themselves and on their teddies. A great little way for helping them to relax and mummies to destress before they lay down to enjoy the sounds, and vibrations and twinkling lights. (Scensory heaven)
And what a great helper my Zoe was! She helped demonstrate the different sound healing instruments to the group and then she lay down with her cozy blanket pillow and teddy 🧸 to enjoy the session too 🧘‍♀️✨️🥰 a truly beautiful experience, can't wait for the next one.

ZENERGY SIGNATURE ME-TIME SOUL SESSION
This relaxing rejuvenating session will definitely have you floating out the door 🙏🥰
We will start off with a good firm head, neck, shoulder and upperback massage to destress.. Then super relaxing hair play using soft gentle touch and all my Japanese head spa tools (dry version) i continue on with gentle arm shoulder and back tickles this is done in my comfy seated massage chair and is absolute heaven. A total nervous system reset. 🪶🪶🪶
A lovely hand massage follows that, then you can lay back in my Zero Gravity Recliner with a cosy blanket and pillows and a heated eye mask to enjoy one of my beautiful sound healing sessions. I use tibeten singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, ocean drum, gongs, chimes and more. We will finish with a lovely wee orical card to end the session then you can float on out the door when your ready. 🥰🧘‍♀️

How AMAZING does my wee studio look all set up. Myself and my wee Zoe are really looking forward to our first MOTHER AND DAUGHTER SOUNDBATH tomorrow.
My first session will be for anyone who attends Sands in Northern Ireland in memory of our wee angel babies 👼 and my wee son ZAK! (This is a free event for Sands)
This session is now FULLY BOOKED but keep a look out on my page for more available sessions coming up 🥰
Parent and child & adult only group soundbath sessions available. Private sessions for 1 or 2 people also available

Some IMPORTANT NEWS everyone!! (PLEASE READ)
I have made the decision to have a break for a while due to my health..I've been having ongoing problems in my stomach for a long time now, but from Christmas the pain was unbearable at times and i ended up in A&E a number of times with the pain and a week long hospital stay in February. So after having many tests an MRI, CT scan and a delightful colonoscopy it turns out I have a chronic bowel disease AND had a big abcess that attached itself to my bowel and my bladder which ate a hole through both organs 😩 so anyway I got a call from the hospital last week from the surgeon to say yes I do need surgery to fix it and sooner rather than later 😭 they said It's a big operation, with a hard recovery. so I just need to concentrate on my health atm and I'm trying to get as healthy as I can before I go in physically and mentally as there is a potential high risk of complications with this operation. So I am giving up my room in lisburn for at least 6 months. I am heartbroken because I love my job so much, but I need to make myself a priority now. Myself and keeley will continue to work in the lisburn salon in bow street untill 7/7 (providing i dont get another flare up) and we will try to get through as many bookings as possible before I go. Giving priority to anyone who has already bought vouchers and needs to use them up.
BUT DONT WORRY Our lovely Keeley Scanlon will be available for SINGLE head spas, and Amazing facials from her new cabin at her house in Dunmurry. Bt17 while I'm off (her official opening date will be posted soon) And I will reopen my salon once I am back to full health and recovered from my surgery. I am not sure of my surgery date yet but I am meeting my surgeon in a month's time to discuss it further.
I have absolutely loved pampering you all my new salon from we opened and i hope to see you all again in the not too far off future 🥰 Lisa xx
