A weekend by the waves 🏄‍♀️

We were in Bundoran at the weekend for the Euro Surf Junior- European Surf Championships 🏄🏽‍♀️

The last week of September has been a busy one! 📸

From a Border Region event at Canal Court Hotel, to the RDS Dublin for WorldSkills Ireland, to a three-day client event in Killarney, and getting a head start on client Halloween content 🎃 - it’s been a full one.

We’re thrilled to share that we have been shortlisted for two CIPR Northern Ireland awards!

- Best Campaign of the Year Outside Northern Ireland

For Bazooka Sweet Seats, we delivered a full end-to-end consumer campaign for our confectionery client, a proud Brentford FC sponsor. From the initial idea and website build to CGI, social content, influencer activity and a live matchday experience at the Etihad for Man City vs Brentford, we were involved every step of the way.

Safe to say, this one really kicked off. ⚽

We’re also proud to be shortlisted for our work with Gala Retail , a client we’ve worked with for many years. Over that time, we’ve built a partnership based on trust, understanding the business inside out and always being there when needed.

What a few days at WorldSkills Ireland 2026! 🙌

Over 40,000 secondary school students from 300+ schools across Ireland registered for this year’s event, with skills on show from horticulture and plumbing to cookery, welding, automotive, cyber security and so much more.

At the heart of the show were the competitions, with over 170 talented students and apprentices putting their skills to the test.

A fab few days celebrating skills, careers and the opportunities available for the next generation of talent. 👏

COMMS FOR A CAUSE 💚

On 26-27th September, our very own Sarah Hanna is teaming up with the incredible team Oasis Travel to take on ‘Loop the Lough’, a gruelling 100-mile challenge run around Lough Neagh, in aid of NIPANC

To help boost her fundraising, we’re offering one hour of PR, Comms & Marketing consultancy in return for a £100 charity donation.

Use the hour however it’s most useful to you - whether that’s to talk through your PR strategy, brand positioning, messaging, marketing plans, content, campaigns, media relations or simply get a fresh perspective on a challenge you’re facing.

£100 to a great cause. 60 minutes with the RNN team.
