Autumn lips are calling 🍂

This is one of my favourite Lip Blush results lately, such a rich, warm tone that's perfect as we start moving into the autumn months. Every brow starts with a plan 🖊️

Before any pigment goes near the skin, this is where the magic really happens - mapping out the shape, symmetry and arch that's going to suit your face best.

Powder Brows are all about getting this stage right. No two brow maps are ever the same, because no two faces are the same. I take my time here so that by the time we're finished, you've got a soft, natural, powdered finish that looks like your brows on their very best day.

My guinea pig for the week 😅

Paul (aka my husband, aka the person who puts up with me talking about skin non-stop) came in for a chemical peel, and we added on our LED mask treatment to finish things off.

I love this combo as the peel works on resurfacing and refreshing the skin, while the LED mask afterwards helps calm everything down and gives that extra boost of glow.

It's such a lovely way to elevate any treatment, and honestly it works for everyone, not just Paul 😉

One treatment I don't think gets talked about enough is Million Dollar Microneedling. 🤍

If you're looking to improve the overall quality of your skin, rather than just treat one specific concern, this is one of my favourites.

Microneedling works by creating thousands of tiny micro-channels in the skin, encouraging your body's natural healing response. This stimulates collagen and elastin production while allowing professional skincare to absorb more effectively, leaving your skin healthier, smoother and more radiant over time.

It's a treatment I often recommend for clients who are concerned about:
• Fine lines
• Acne scarring
• Pigmentation
• Enlarged pores
• Uneven skin texture
• Dull or tired-looking skin

The results don't happen overnight, which is exactly why I love it. Your skin continues to repair and regenerate over the following weeks, giving you a natural, healthy glow that just keeps improving.

A few things to know...

• Treatment time: Around 60 minutes.
• Downtime: Expect some redness (similar to mild sunburn) for 24–48 hours while your skin begins its repair process.
• Aftercare: Avoid makeup for the first 24 hours, as well as saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, intense exercise and touching or picking the skin while it heals.

Laser Hair Removal is one of my hero treatments at Beauty Box.

A medical-grade treatment with lasting results, and something that's also very popular amongst men not just women. From neck hair removal, to back, a lot of my male clients are gaining back so much confidence from laser.

On average, I recommend between 6-8 courses of treatment on any chosen area. But once the course has finished, you just need to top up each year (depending on your hair type).

It's been such a game changer for my clients and I highly recommend starting if you've been thinking about it.

I just love a fresh set of powder brows. I have clients who came to me in back in 2020 who still adore their brows now. With just a few top ups along the way, their brows feel natural and a lot more low maintenance.

A few of my clients find they have more sparse hair on their brows, so this treatment really helps to define, also saving them having to keep filling them in!
