Hunger hormones largely influence our energy, satiation and motivation.

When they’re out of sync, we can feel hungry all the time — creating a false sense that we “need” more food, when in reality the body is struggling with imbalance.

Over time, this can damage our relationship with food.

We stop eating for nourishment…
and start eating emotionally, reactively, or constantly chasing relief.

The goal isn’t to fight your body.
It’s to understand what it’s trying to tell you.
