Late summer is a busy time in the garden—a time to harvest and dry herbs and seeds. Being in nature, touching the earth, and taking in its pure beauty fills my heart and calms my nerves.It brings a higher vibration into my body and uplifts my spirit.

I truly believe that eating my own home-grown, organic vegetables healed my stomach issues. My veggies are completely clean, never sprayed with chemicals or poisons—and they certainly taste better than shop-bought ones! 🍅🥦✨

We can all create small gardens around us to lift our own vibration and uplift others. 🌸🌱🌸

There will be no Sound Baths this month, as I'm taking a month off.

Some of you know that my partner and I run a large B&B throughout the summer months, so we're very busy. I'm also a keen gardener, and my hands are full looking after my veggies and flowers and I'm also drying plants for teas and herbal remedies....Watch the space...there may even be some for sale in the autumn!

Wishing you all a wonderful August, and I look forward to seeing you again next month. New dates for the next few months will be announced soon! 💛🌿

✨ Thank you to all the participants, and to our team of therapists, for joining us at the day retreat on Saturday. It was a wonderful day of relaxation, movement, connection and laughter.
