NEW CLASS
ENGINE Erg is entirely programmed on the machines you know so well (or perhaps not!). Row Ergs, Ski Ergs and the Bike Erg all play a part in this new conditioning class that involves a broad mix of aerobic, anaerobic and lactic systems. Regular benchmark testing such as distance, time trials, Mikko Triangle, FTP and our own tests will be something to use to mark progression! Starting Thurs 6th August.

The Unit Games are almost upon us! We can’t wait to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with a fun fitness event! 75 athletes, 3 workouts that will test a range of tactics, strength and speed.

Starts at 9am
Prize Giving at 3:30pm
12pm BBQ
Cafe open all day
Free to all spectators!

The Unit Gym and Fitness is proud to collaborate with TAG Heuer and offer our members the chance to win some incredible prizes! For those that missed out then you will get another chance on the 6th June during The Unit Games. There will some epic time pieces on display and a chance to have a chat with the Tag representatives.

Bags are filled, workouts tested and now we are putting some final touches to our 10 year anniversary Games! This will be a full day event where athletes from all over the country help us celebrate with 3 workouts that test tactics, strength and resilience. Free for all spectators! SATURDAY 6TH JUNE 9am till 4pm.
