It’s time to chill 🧊. I’m often asked ‘Why would you want to get in the sauna in this heat?’.
The answer is simple- the temperature of the sauna doesn’t change, you’re actually more acclimatised and it’s less of a shock.
And getting into to the cold plunge- well that feels glorious!
